You want to learn more not only about management practices, but also about how to use these practices sensitively in your practice with regard to your team, your vision, and your chosen strategy.

Teaching is conducted in English in a combined form – i.e., participation in workshops (1 weekend per month), consultations, and independent work. The teaching team consists exclusively of professionals with proven experience of at least 15 years in their field. You cannot buy a degree from us; you must earn it through study.

COURSE OF STUDY

Study meetings in Pardubice are held once a month over two days. They take the form of lectures/workshops/training sessions spread over 16 months. The aim is to acquire practical skills that students will be able to immediately apply in practice, develop advanced managerial thinking, the ability to contribute creatively/in new ways to solving existing situations in students' practice, and participate in the development of a chosen area based on creative and ethical principles.

PROGRESSIVE WORK AND FINAL MBA EXAM

We are practitioners. From selected modules, students will prepare a credit-bearing thesis focused on their specific practice. The lecturer will then provide feedback with an emphasis on good ideas, insights, and possible risks. At the end of their studies, students will prepare a final thesis (the topic is chosen by the student and approved by the study board). In it, students must demonstrate not only their knowledge in the field, but also their ability to think in context and their readiness to defend the results of their work before a professional examination committee.

After successful defense, students will be awarded the professional title of Master of Business Administration (MBA).
